Our warranty

We stand behind our fit and our materials. When you order from FreshMesh, the warranty terms are set out in writing on your quote, including the cover period for your installation. There is no fine print sprung on you later.

What the warranty covers

The warranty covers two things: the way we fit the mesh, and the materials we use. If a screen we installed fails to perform because of our workmanship, or a covered material fails within the warranty period under normal home use, we put it right.

• Workmanship on the fit and finishing of each opening
• Frames, magnetic seals, tracks and fittings we supply
• Mesh material against defects under normal use
• A clear cover period stated on your written quote

What it does not cover

So expectations are clear, the warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or wear from things outside normal home use. It also does not cover changes made by someone other than us after installation.

• Accidental damage, impact or tampering after installation
• Damage from misuse or removal by others
• Normal wear that does not affect performance

An honest note on safety mesh

We do not market insect mesh as a fall-prevention barrier. Where a home needs a real barrier for pets, children or security, we fit a product rated for that purpose, such as our FreshSteel stainless steel mesh, and we confirm what it is rated for before installation. Safety claims are matched to the right product, never overstated.

How to make a claim

If something is not right, message us on WhatsApp with your installation details and a photo of the issue. We will check it against your quote terms and arrange a visit if it is covered. We would rather fix a problem quickly than have you live with it.

Keep your written quote and invoice. They confirm your cover period and what was installed, which makes any claim straightforward.
